Persian Ironwood "Parrotia" in a Gal. pot
The mottled fall color of Parrotia persica (Persian ironwood), combined with exfoliating grayish bark, sets this small tree apart. It will survive full sun and drought conditions, which makes it a good choice for a street tree. ‘Parrotia’ reaches 20’–40’ with moderate growth. Hardy in Zones 4 to 8.
