NEW ELM TREE VARIETY released in 1990--Resistant to Phloem Necrosis and to Dutch elm diseaseFrontier is a new hybrid elm release from the U. S. National Arboretum, an elm tree of moderate stature with an attractive red Fall color. Frontier is ideal for use in smaller landscapes, along urban streets, and under power lines.
